What are your hourly rates?
We typically do not charge hourly rates as we do not think it provides the best value for our clients. We prefre to charge Project Fees according to a defined Scope of Work, which we negotiate with our clients prior to the start of a project. This allows us to define our role clearly with the client, and ensure the expectations are set early. This also means we aren’t charging you for things like time spent reading and responding to your emails or phone calls. With a project fee, you know how much it will cost at the outset, and we know what the parameters of the project are.

Where do you work?
Depending on the services you require, we can work nearly anywhere! While we are headquartered in Ireland, our consultants work primarily online and from home, and are flexible in terms of meeting your needs. We use industry leading software to conduct meetings, engage in research, and develop and deliver education programming online.
I need a project done urgently, can you help?
We are always willing to consider projects on a short turn around and can let you know within 12 hours of your quote request if we are able to help.
Whether we can help or not will be dependent on the scope of the project, and we will provide a realistic quote and scope of the work which considers the urgency.
What forms of payment do you take?
We can take payment by cheque, bank transfer, or credit card (PayPal). We can invoice in and accept multiple currencies.
Do you have special rates for community organizations?
We are delighted to work with organizations who are doing great work in their communities, and will work with you to ensure we can meet your budgetary needs. Although we don’t have a specific rate for community organizations, we understand the funding challenges you may be facing. Our consultants have extensive experience in Board Governance and working with not for profits and will bring that knowledge to your project.
